Oxford Properties was last week awarded the Corporate Achievement Award for Green Park, presented by the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM).
This award recognises the success of a corporate initiative that benefits the natural environment, looks at how initiatives are communicated to staff and other stakeholders as well as the practical outcomes of projects ‘on the ground’.
Asset Manager for Green Park and Director at Oxford Properties, Rory Carson commented:
“Oxford Properties is delighted to be recognised for our innovative approach to landscape management. This award recognises the commitment we have made to investing in the natural assets of Green Park and the creation of a wildlife-rich landscape, which compliments our commercial objectives and helps create a thriving business community as well as attracting new occupiers to the park. We are very proud of this achievement and of everyone who has been involved in its success, in particular Broadgate Estates, Q&S and PBA, who have been instrumental in the delivery of our landscape management plan at Green Park. We are sure that this award will continue motivating us all to be a leader in the business community and to continue to set new benchmarks.”
The recipient of this award could be located anywhere in the world, so it really is a tribute to the hard work and dedication of Oxford Properties, Green Park Management Team and the Landscaping Team for making the working and natural environments world class.
