Administrative assistant for the sales office

At Pressalit Care we sell bathroom and kitchen solutions for people living with disabilities. The role of sales assistant is varied and will call for your ability to prioritise and structure tasks. The successful applicant should be able to work independently, but the UK sales team cooperate closely and support one another on a day-to-day basis. The sales office consists of six employees.

Your tasks will include:
  • Sale and order handling of Pressalit Cares products.
  • Customer support in UK and Irish markets.
  • Participation in project work and follow-up.
  • Being the link between logistics and the production departments.
  • Maintenance of the CRM system.
  • Various ad hoc assignments.
You have the following background and qualifications:
  • Experience from a similar position in a sales department.
  • A commercial qualification would be an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • You can speak, understand and write English fluently.
  • You are a competent IT user, preferably familiar with CRM-systems and MS Office.

  • Be service minded and always put the customer first.
  • Be happy to work within an international company. 
  • Have focus on solving your assignments correctly and ensure you meet deadlines.
  • Be able to prioritize your tasks in a sometimes hectic working day, and take the necessary responsibility for your tasks to ensure that agreements with customers and co-workers are kept.
Working hours 8:30-17:00, office located in Green Park between Reading and the M4.
£19,000 - £23,000 per annum, negotiable
