We are pleased to announce that the next phase in Green Park’s growth is currently being designed and discussed with Reading Borough Council.
400 Longwater Avenue will provide almost 225,000 sq ft of new office space in a landscaped setting, reflecting the existing character of Green Park. It will be located adjacent to 350 Longwater Avenue which has recently been let to Thales. Located in the south west of Green Park, the five-storey office space will benefit from views across the lake, and create new opportunities for access to the lakeside and surrounding plots, further enhancing connectivity and routes for walking and running.
A detailed planning application will be submitted in March 2016. Subject to the grant of planning permission, construction would commence late 2016/early 2017, with occupation anticipated in 2019.
